In addition, to develop learning tools in the form of enrichment module with a scientific skill approach, which raised the issue of the environment, especially organic waste, as well as a limited trial quality assessment and response of the module. This research using preliminary research method and R & D (research and development) with a 4-D development model which only used Define, Design, and Develop. The preliminary research stage begins with a acclimatization worms (Lumbricus rubellus and Peryonix excavatus) on media development vermicompos. There are three treatments (P1, P2, P0) which P1 contain of 50 worms (60.02 g), 500 g of litter, 500 g of cow feces; P2 contain of 25 worm (24.60 g), 500 g of litter, 500 g of cow feces; P0 (without worm) contain of 500 g of litter, 500 g of cow feces. There are 3 repetitions in each treatment for ± 30 days at a temperature of <35⁰C. The results showed that the best compost quality found in the P1 treatment in the form of small granules brownish-black (casting) with 693 g of biomass final compost. The product develop is vermicomposting module with a scientific skill approach tp SMA/MA class X semester 2. The results module test in the form of qualitative data derived from the 3 biology teachers and 15 students drawn randomly in class X in SMA N 1 Banguntapan, shows the percentage of 72.55% assessment or good category (B), while the response of the students was 75.05% or very good category (SB).
