ID - digilib14758 UR - https://digilib.uin-suka.ac.id/id/eprint/14758/ A1 - ASMANIAR , NIM. 10690007 Y1 - 2014/10/23/ N2 - This study aims : (1) compiling physics module integrated with Islamic civilization on the geometrical optics subject, (2) revealing the quality of that physics module integrated with Islamic civilization on the subject discussion of geometrical optics viewed from experts? judgement in material, media, integration, as well as teacher of SMA/MA, (3) revealing the response of the students to the physics module integrated with Islamic civilization on the subject discussion of geometrical optics It is kind of research and development (R&D) using the procedural model, adapting a research and development procedure of Thiagarajan, Semmel, and Semmel with 4 stapes: those are (1) define; (2) design; (3) develop; (4) and disseminate. This research was carried out to develop step at a wide trial. The techniques of collecting data are document analysis and questionnaires. The research instruments used are criticism and suggestion sheets of validator, scoring sheets of module quality using Likert scale in checklist form for material expert, media expert, integration expert, and SMA/MA teacher, as well as questionnaire sheet of students? response using a Likert scale in the checklist form. The research results are (1) developed physics module integrated with Islamic civilization on the subject discussion of geometrical optics for SMA/MA class X, (2) the quality of the module is holistically very good (SB) based on the assessment of material expert, media expert, integration expert, and physics teacher of SMA/ MA with an sequential average score of 3,61, 3,64, 3,79 and 3,58, and (3) the students? response of class X SMA/MA toward the developed physics module integrated with Islamic civilization on the subject discussion of geometrical optics either in limited trial or wide trial include strongly agree (SS) category with the whole sequential average score 3,32 and 3,49. The research findings show that the developed physics module integrated with Islamic civilization on the subject discussion of geometrical optics can be used as a selfteaching materials for learners SMA/MA class X.
