To Measure Service quality of the library was used LibQual+TM method that has three dimensionals used as indicators, they are; Affect of Service (the attitude of the officers serving), Information Control (collection availability and ease of access), and Library as a Place. Data collecting method using questionnaire, interview, and documentation. Population in this study were all students of SMP IT Abu Bakar Yogyakarta as much 769 peoples. Sampling technique was used accidental sampling as much 77 respondents. The result of the data analyzing showed the value of Adequacy Gap (AG) was positive with a value of 1.475 and Superiority Gap (SG) with a negative value of -0.646. It means the quality of library services is at the zone of tollerance. The lowest dimension value is affect of service librarian atittude. Library has met the minimum expectation of the users, but it has not met the desired yet. The library quality service has been graded good, but not superior (superior). The writer give aims to library Darul Ilmi SMP IT Abubakar Yogyakarta to improve and increase attitude of librarians in giving service and giving user education.
