Participants were 71 (N=71) teachers of SDIT (Islam Terpadu) in Sleman Regency of Yogyakarta. Instrumen of data collection in this study is using a scale of work engagement (vigor, dedication, and absorption), a scale of job resources (autonomy, social support, and performance feedback), and a scale of self-efficacy (magnitude, generality, and strength). The method of data analysis using a path analysis developed from regression analysis. The result of path analysis indicate that the indirect effect was significant (p1 0.760 x p3 0.506 = 0.385), and direct effect of 0.383. Therefore total effect of work engagement is direct effect that is added to indirect effect of 0.383 + 0.385 = 0.768 (76.8%). This means that hypotheses was accepted, there is influence job resources toward work engagement through self-efficacy on the teachers, in which the higher job resources exist, than will improve work engagement through self-efficacy that also higher. Furthermore there are 23.3% of the work engagement are affected by another variable besides job resources and self-efficacy. %Z Pembimbing : Dr. Erika Setyanti Kusumaputri, M. Si.
