This studies a qualitative research with descriptive design. Methods of data collection used in this study were interviews, observation, and documentation. The subject of this study were one corporate leaders and seven sections leader or staff. The results of the study that the communication climate in the Suara Muhammadiyah went quite well and overall positive, and contribute to improving employee performance in Suara Muhammadiyah.
