Threedimension media of tissue composing dicotyl plant stem is used as biological teaching material in Class VII SMP/MTs. The research used research and development design using three-step procedural model. The first step is to analyze competence standard and basic competence according to KTSP, collecting reference, and formulate threedimension media design. The second steps involve preparing three-dimension media and validating the three-dimension media to a media expert, expert of the subject and 3 peer reviewers. The third step is assessment of quality of three dimension media of tissue composing plant stem and supplementary book. Assessment instrument is questionnaire filled out by teacher and student. Data was analyzed to determine quality of three-dimension media and supplementary book. Assessment by teacher indicated that quality of three dimension media is very good with average score of 44 and ideal percentage of 88%. In addition, quality of book is very good with average score of 73 and ideal percentage of 91.25%. Evaluation by student indicate average score of 29 that indicate good category and 82.86% ideal percentage and student evaluation against books also indicate good score with 44.8 average score and 81.45% ideal percentage. Therefore, three dimension media and supplementary book is appropriate to implement in learning process in class as teaching material particularly to deliver material of tissue composing dicotyl plant. %Z Pembimbing : Lela Susilawati, S.Pd.
