N2  - Medical education has been largely known as a fast growing type of education. The development of medical science technology, however, did not bring with it a constant development on human being position in medicine field. Having their foundation on Cartesian philosophy which has practically developed realm later, human being were stated creature which was both separated and unconnected physically and non-physically. In other that, spirituality component of human beings did not become focus in the process of medical discipline?s implementation. 
The upcoming facts also triggered medical realm to put greater attention to non physical aspect of human beings; first, necessity on medical education. Second, it lied on demiology research?s data of spirituality role in health aspect. Third, the fact was on neuroscience progress, particularly on spiritual neuroscience, and fourth, the necessity of nation development. 
Considering the background, the dissertation aimed at analyzing scientific and accepted explanation on human being spirituality s that it would be inherent in the essence of medical discipline. This description of spirituality aspect in medical realm would give benefit in medical practices, nation development, and science progress. 
Undergoing the description, the dissertation utilized there outputs of philosophical and scientific approaches, i.e. Newberg and D?Aquily?s research result on neuroscience particularly and in human being?s dynamic pictured using a device named SPECT at the time subject research underwent spiritual activity. Victor Frankl?s concept of life meaning, and Ibnu Sina?s concept on reason hierarchy. Literary elaboration as well as investigation on the three approaches halted in research finding on spiritual explanation that was called neuron spiritual circuit. 
This finding would be beneficial to medical discipline describing spirituality component the human beings. This also gave significant contribution to medical practices for either the necessity of therapy process or human beings health?s optimum. Besides, it was also beneficial in strengthening nation development and science since progress since it succeeded in putting spirituality truest state.
