Islamic University, 2014 .
This study was a qualitative descriptive research, which illustrates and
describes the data systematically. Source of data used in this research is the source
of primary data and secondary data sources. Data collection methods used in this
study were interviews, documentation, and observation using mobile media,
digital cameras, and notebooks. Mechanical checking the validity of the data used
is triangulation methods and sources triangulation. The focus of this research is on
the implementation process management (controlling) in mudaraba financing.
Analysis of the data used is qualitative analysis is a data presentation in the form
of writing, translating that research results according to circumstances actually
occur in the field.
The results of this study indicate that financing is yet to be unimplemented
as drafted by the BPRS Bangun Drajat Warga Yogyakarta. It was caused by the
customer or mudharib unpreparedness and lack of trust in of financing mudaraba.
The process of financing mudaraba conducted surveillance has been running well,
but there is no established guidelines in conducting financial supervision.
