N2  - The poverty rate in the city of Yogyakarta has increased from year to year, and is a problem that must be faced by the public and the government. And one proof of the government in addressing poverty is with programs KMS (Card Towards Prosperity). However, the distribution of aid is still constrained KMS location is unknown by the local government and also potentially less on target. 
Hence the need for a Geographical Information System to assist the government with the mapping performance of poor people in an area. Geographic Information System are designed to be able to analyze and visualize the state of the population of an area of poverty based on the data that support. 
After doing research and development of systems, Geographic Information Systems is successfully implemented. The design and development of this system using digitization software Mapinfo, Pmapper framework, and MySQL databases, as well as a map display using Mapserver. In testing this system involving 10 respondents and stated the system is either implemented.
