Water quality measurements performed by an analysis using a modified family biotic index (mFBI) based on the several types of Ephemeroptera, Plecoptera and Trichoptera larval (EPT). This study was conducted in July-August in seven stations. The seven stations are located in Region of Hargobinangun, Sardonoharjo, Minomartani, Caturtunggal, Pandeyan, Sorosutan and Wonokromo. The methods used for sampling of EPT are kicking and jabbingtechniques. Canonical Correspondence Analysis (CCA)used to determine the relationship of environmental parameters on the existence of EPT larvae. Based on the results of the study found 15 families of EPT orders such as Baetidae, Caenidae, Ephemeridae, Tricorythidae, Heptageniidae, Metretopodidae, Leptophlebiidae, Chloroperlidae, Goeridae, Polycentropodidae, Philopotamidae, Hydropsychidae, Leptoceridae, Psychomyiidae and Rhyacophilidae. mFBI analysis obtained the result that the quality of water from upstream, midstream to downstream decreased during the observation. The results of the CCA are two groups whose existence is related to environmental parameters and one group was not affected by the presence of environmental parameters. } }
