abstract: This research aims to determine the relationship career anxiety in the review of self consept and social support at the student (S1) UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta. The population in this study is that the conditional Final Semester Students are free theory with a sample of 70 students. This study uses quantitative methods to scale as a means of data collection. The scale used is the scale of future career anxiety, self-concept scale, and the scale of social support. Data analysis using SPSS 15.0 for Windows by using regression analysis. The results of this study showed that the two hypothesis. Such all proposed in this study received. First, there is a negative relationship between and self-concept and social support with future career anxiety , the effective contribution of self-concept and social support with future career anxiety and is at 13.8% with a value of r = 0.371 and p = 0.007 (p <0.05 ). Both minor hypothesis proposed in this study, there is only one hypothesis is accepted. The first minor hypothesis that there is a negative relationship between self-concept with future career anxiety by 12.8% with a value of r = 0.128 and p = 0.002 (p <0.05). So, if the concept itself is low, career anxiety will be high, and vice versa if the concept it self is high then the lower anxiety. The second minor hypothesis there is a negative relationship between anxiety future career with the social support of -0, 106 and p = 0.395 (p> 0.05), which means that the second minor hypothesis was rejected.
