"This research aims to determine how studies perception of reference\r\nservice in library STTN-BATAN Yogyakarta. This researches to quantitative\r\napproach. The population in this research studies research is the students members\r\nregistered as a librarian member totaly 300 respondents. From this population\r\nsamples taken based on Yamane formula, be obtained 75 samples. The sample is\r\ntaking by incidental technic sampling. Variable on this research are single quality\r\nthat is students perception to the reference service in the library STTN-BATAN\r\nYogyakarta. Method collection data of is used to in this research including\r\nobservation method, documentation, interview and questionnaires. Data analysis\r\nusing the mean and the grand mean formula. Measurement reference services\r\nbased on the likert (4-1) that the result interpreted to be strongly agree, agree,\r\ndisagree, strongly disagree. Processed data be treaded by SPSS version 16.0 for\r\nwindows. The results research adduce that students perceptions of reference\r\nservices in libraries STTN-BATAN Yogyakarta categorized well with the results\r\nof the total yield average values 2,64. Details are 3,05 for reference questions,\r\n2,96 for bibliography verification, 2,8 for information and referral services, 2,96\r\nfor research questions, 2,27 for consultancy service reader, 2,09 for research\r\nconsultansy, 2,16 for selective information dissemination, 2,34 for the guidance of\r\nthe use of the reference collection, 2,51 for instructions on how the selection of\r\nlibrary materials, 2,89 for the reference collection of quality and 2,96 weight the\r\nsources libraries that have maximum efficiency. Observed from the interpretation\r\nthere are needs to be increased again, namely guidance aspect. Recommended is\r\nlibrarians more have time to guide students."^^ . "2015-01-26" . . . .
