"This research aims to determine user’s perceptions quality of TAMARA\r\nservice in the office of archives and library area of Yogyakarta. The type of this\r\nresearch is descriptive quantitative. The subjects of this study are user’s who use\r\nthe facilities TAMARA services in the Office of Library and Archive, while the\r\nobject of this research is user’s perception the quality of TAMARA service. The\r\nresearcher used questionnaires, observation, interviews and documentation as the\r\ndata collection methods. Sampling was done by using accidental sampling\r\ntechnique, with a sample size of 100 respondents. The variables in this study were\r\na single that perceptions quality of TAMARA service. Analysis of the data using\r\nthe mean and the grand mean. Measurement of five dimension user’s perception\r\nbased services (servqual dimention) whose reliability, responsiveness, assurance,\r\nempathy, and tangible. The results showed that the user’s perception quality of\r\nTAMARA service in the office of archives and library area Yogyakarta is good. It\r\ncan be seen from the total average of variable that is equal to 2.96. This result\r\nindicate that there were no indicators that the score of the grand mean up to 3,26 –\r\n4,00 or excellent category, it means that the management of library and librarian\r\nshould maintain and improve its performance in serving the user’s at the office or\r\narchives and library area of Yogyakarta."^^ .
