The type of this research is descriptive quantitative. The subjects of this study are user?s who use the facilities TAMARA services in the Office of Library and Archive, while the object of this research is user?s perception the quality of TAMARA service. The researcher used questionnaires, observation, interviews and documentation as the data collection methods. Sampling was done by using accidental sampling technique, with a sample size of 100 respondents. The variables in this study were a single that perceptions quality of TAMARA service. Analysis of the data using the mean and the grand mean. Measurement of five dimension user?s perception based services (servqual dimention) whose reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangible. The results showed that the user?s perception quality of TAMARA service in the office of archives and library area Yogyakarta is good. It can be seen from the total average of variable that is equal to 2.96. This result indicate that there were no indicators that the score of the grand mean up to 3,26 ? 4,00 or excellent category, it means that the management of library and librarian should maintain and improve its performance in serving the user?s at the office or archives and library area of Yogyakarta.
