The main data are Okky Madarsari’s novel, entitled Pasung Jiwa, and its English version, Bound, since they provide many data of adjective clauses. The main purpose of translation is preserving the messages of the SL in the TL. There are two problem statements in this research. The first problem is how the Indonesian adjective clauses are translated into English. The second problem is how the accuracy of the translations is. A descriptive qualitative method is used in this research. The theory of Indonesian adjective clause is used to collect the data in the SL. Besides, this research also uses the theory of English phrases, clauses, and sentences to specify the data in the TL. The accuracies of the translations are checked based on the grammar, dictionary, and context. The Indonesian adjective clauses are translated into various ways. They are translated into English words, phrases, clauses, sentences, and even zero translation. The English word translations are classified into adjectives, adverbials and nouns. The English phrase translations are divided into prepositional phrases, noun phrases, verb phrases and adjective phrases. The English clause translations are specified into finite adjective clauses, non-finite adjective clauses, and adverbial clauses.
