It is\r\nimplemented as package of rule in patriarchal culture, even it is in the role of\r\nsexuality. In patriarchal system, Men hold the entire interpretations of social-cultural\r\nand religious understanding. The Genesis chapter 38 is portrayal of bias relation\r\nbetween men and women. It talks about Tamar, Judah’s daughter in law. She was\r\nmarried with Er as the first husband and then with Onan, her second husband. From\r\nboth of her husbands, she could not conceived and bare a son because her second\r\nhusband did coitus interruptus. Her status in the same of between when Judah\r\npromised to give Shelah as her husband, but she should wait for very long time. She\r\nis as widow without son.\r\nThe similar case also happens to Khaulah in the book Al-Mujādalah verses 1-\r\n6. Her husband, Aus, forced her to get intercourse with him, but she denied it. Then,\r\nher husband did ẓihār toward her. Getting ẓihār from her husband means Khaulah\r\nlacks her right in sexuality. Meanwhile, sexuality is basic right of women in marital\r\nrelation.\r\nThe primary source of data in this research are the Bible of King James\r\nVersion chapter 38 and the book of Al-Mujādalah verses 1-6. And the secondary\r\ndata are the books related to Genesis and Al-Mujādalah. This research is descriptivequalitative\r\nresearch based on library research. To collect the data, the writer reads\r\nboth books deeply and compares it.\r\nThe writer uses Radical Feminism theory to analyze the data and elaborated\r\nwith Hermeneutic integrated with Science of Koran to understand the whole of the\r\nstory in the data. From this research, it is found that both Tamar and Khaulah have\r\nsimilar discrimination; it is the discrimination in sexuality, justice and marital rule.\r\nYet, both of them have differences in the way to struggle against discrimination.\r\nTamar kept her struggle in calm ways and Khaulah did it in the strict ways. Either\r\ncalm or strict in their struggle, both of them are giving inspiration that discrimination\r\non behalf of everything should be denied."^^ . "2015-01-26" . . . .
