The communication strategy is not uncommon dilakukakn by the management to obtain the optimal goal of the communication process . but the communication strategies used by management to each other on the management of a program of course is different and it depends on what is actually the purpose of the communication process . In a study titled " Communication Strategy Delivering Emha Ainun Najib in Islamic Religious Values in Jamaat Maiyah " refers to the determination stage theory of communication strategy : (1 ) establish a communicator, ( 2 ) set a target and audience needs analysis, ( 3 ) compose a message, ( 4 ) select media and communication channels, ( 5 ) a media production, ( 6 ) the initial test communication material ( 7 ) dissemination of communication media , ( 8 ) effects of communication, ( 9 ) the mobilization of influential groups, ( 10 ) the preparation of plans budget , ( 11 ) the preparation of a schedule of activities , ( 12 ) evaluation , ( 13 ) communication audit . This study used a qualitative research method that is collecting data through in-depth interviews and documentation . From these data it can be concluded that the communication strategies used in the event held management and also Cak Nun is a communication strategy that departs from the concept of togetherness and brotherhood Maiyah . Which means that in the event that took place in the communication process emphasizes principles of unity and brotherhood , with it , the management and Cak Nun itself does not have any interest other than to add fraternity . In addition, in support of flying hours experience and owned by Cak Nun as well as in preparing dismpaikan message to the congregation . But from the management itself is also there are several steps that had been prepared in advance as well as set communicator appear , scheduling activities , media production , evaluation and teamwork} }
