HITAMBARA organization as a social system that consists of various activities that are interconnected and have a sense of interdependence among the parts of the other sections. This type of research is qualitative descriptive that aims to explain the position of the studied variables and the relationship between one variable with another variable. While the data collection techniques used for interviews, document study, observation and then the data is triangulation. The results of this study indicate that organizational communication plays an important role in improving the morale of the members of the organization HITAMBARA. The role of organizational communication to organize the members of HITAMBARA morale a sense of solidarity and kinship resulting comfort in the work. The emergence of enthusiasm in the work that improving organizational performance, the attitude of discipline have affects about the credibility of the organization as well as the emergence of a loyal attitude for the organization and its members arises a sense of belonging.
