Blue Star Otobus Company as a company engaged in the field of land transport services is able to maintain the loyalty of employees. Whereas in the majority of land transportation services company, employees who move from one company to another is a common thing. Though to give the best service to consumers, it takes employees who have loyalty and dedication to the company. This studies a qualitative research with descriptive method. The theory thatused in this research is the theory of organizational communication, including the functions of organizational communication, forms of organizational communication, associated with aspects of employee loyalty. Metods of data collection at this study is interviews, observation, and documentation. The subject of this research is director, management, and employee of Blue Star Otobus Company Salatiga. The result of this research that organizational communication at Blue Star Otobus Company that have an important role to employee loyalty. Every member of the organization take an active role to applicatied functions and forms of organizational communication that influence employee loyalty.} }
