Si, abstract: Nowadays, the development of business were increasing and this make the entrepreneur can’t sit back easily without thinking how to make their business stay by getting more profit everyday. They did lots of effort in doing many strategy and they have to stay creative to keep from bankrupt. One of the strategy comes from the internal and it makes an identity for the company. To make a company stand strong, the internal of the company should also stand strong. Good communication inside the oganization was needed to make it strong, so that there wouldn’t happend mistakes or miscommunication. Dagadu Djokdja under the management of PT. Aseli Dagadu Djokdja was ono of the eldest merchandise compny that was in Yogyakarta. This company make merchanside for people that came to Yogyakarta and need to buy some gift brought back from a trip for their family or friends. This company takes student from university that was in Yogyakarta to be their workers. They were the ones that meet many customer everday. They need to improve their communication skills and profesionality for their further carrer later on. The method of the reasearch is using descriptive qualitative and data were get by interviewing, observing and also documentation. The results by using approchment in communication organization that happened inside the team of gardep, cashier and supervisor was to learn to be professional in terms of being a worker later. Every four months, there would be replacement of the gardep team so that the organization culture stay the same every periode. This three different team need to work together everyday so that they get their aim in working.
