This study aims to determine the value of vulnerability index and the value of the acceleration oft he vibration of the building of the Faculty of Science and Technology UIN Sunan Kalijaga so it canbe used to support effortsin the disasterrisk reduction. Data were collected byusing aseismograph TDL 303Sat 16measuring points. The results ofthis study were processed using software geopsy with HVSR. The results of this study indicate that the highest vulnerability lies in the 3rd floor with a value ranging from 5,89-17,60x10-6(s2 /cm). As well as on the 1st floor have susceptibility values\_6,71-23,31x10-6(s2 /cm). And based on the calculation of the value of the acceleration of vibration of building in the study area On the 4th floor has a value of 393.22 to 1695.18gal acceleration. While ont he 3rd floor has a value of acceleration between 207.48 to 920.97gal. And on the second floor has acceleration of value of 461.88 to 2079,15gal. As well as on the 1st floor has a value of acceleration range 429,06-1490,41gal.} }
