This system does not need big yard. Taking care the chilies is easy, especially watering plants. The method of watering chilies plant should be exactly, i.e on time, temperature and the soil humidity. However, the fammer are farely for the method. Whereas, the exact watering will gives the affluent harvest and decrease the dying of chilies plant. The high soil humidity makes the chilies plant become rot and the low soil humidity makes the chilies plant become wilted and dry. The prototype otomatic waters planting on chilies plant based microcontroller ATMega16 is made for chilies farmer who use polybag. It is not only decrease the dying effect on chilies plant, but also it will increase the chilies harvest. This system is applying the DHT11 sensor (humidity) for soil humidity detection and LM35 sensor (temperature) to detect the temperature around chilies plant. The prototype system is completed with water pump for watering plant. The prototype system will sending the system activity which is doing by system to user it will sending by Short Message Service.} }
