N2  - The orphanage is one of the child protection agency that works to provide protection for the rights of the child.Generally an orphanage in the big city is trying resolve a wide range of social problems which occur to children. For the exaple, Yogyakarta Province has 113 registered orphanages institutions in Yogyakarta Provincial Social Service.However, the lack of orphanage management system in the Social Service lead to problems in data management of orphanage. One of them are, the lack of information and geographical description of a orphanage to the community, especially for donors. 
For handle those problem, require a geographic information system of orphanage-based management to facilitate Social Service in managing and providing information as well as a map of the geographical location of the orphanage located throughout the province of Yogyakarta. System use Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) mothodology. 
Orphanage management system use PHP language programming, MySQL database, software MapInfo for processing map, MapServer and framework Pmapper. Based on which rating scale was calculated, 15 respondents stated that this system is very good and well to be implemented.
