        abstract = {Agricultural land is one of the producers of staple food needed by humans. Magelang
is one of the largest agricultural producer in Central Java. Therefore, in need of an
information system that allows people to see the results of extensive agriculture and land in
each District in Magelang.
The data used in this study was taken from Magelang District Agricultural Office
consisting of twenty-one districts.This application is a mobile application technology based
Location Based Service (LBS) which is built on the Android platform use Google Maps API
as a virtual map service. System development method in this study is the method
Develpoment Software Life Cycle (SDLC). Which consists of these there are five stages:
analysis, design, implementation, testing and maintenance of the system.
Geografiss Information System software is built using eclipse IDE, Android SDK, ADT
Plugin Bundle and LITE MySQL database, as well as the map is displayed using the Google
Maps API V2. Based on the rating scale that has been calculated, from 10 respondents stated
this system is good to be implemented.}
