        abstract = {Online shopping trend has been growing and highly demanded. E-marketplace becomes a reference to find the used goods online, but e-marketplace generally focuses on the selling. For now, rental e-marketplace does not exist yet. The purpose of this study is to build an e-marketplace site specifically for rental service. 
Author used extreme programming development method to develop the application. Extreme programming is a fast response programming development method. It does not require a large team and response the changes quickly. It is also possible to repeat the process as needed. Author chose this development method for these reasons. 
The e-marketplace application focuses on the several features like search item by keyword, by category and by location, rental advertisement, request item by sending broadcast message, follow users and add items to the favorite items list. System test has made by alpha test and beta test to ensure the application has been working.}
