In order to be able to compete in the increasingly fierce business competition, companies must improve and maintain performance in good condition. To determine the performance of the company, then the required analysis of the performance of the company that is able to describe the performance of the company's tangible and comprehensive. The method can accommodate the required analysis of the company's performance is the Balanced Scorecard (BSC). However, BSC still need to be completed by the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Objective Matrix (OMAX) in order to eliminate bias and know the real position of the company's performance and comprehensive. Based on the research performance of CPS Farm in 2011 classified in the category of very bad (very poor), in 2012 belong to the category of bad (poor), and in 2013 classified in category (good). This achievement is generated due to a significant improvement in ROA parameters, Employee Turnover, and Accident thus achieving excellent performance (very good) and the parameters of ROI, Profit Margin, and Manufacturing Cycle Efficiency (MCE) that achieve good performance (good).
