The aim of this research is knowing how coaching information literacy in Tumbuh 3 Primary School, covers the activities carried out, supporting activities and obstacles encountered. Research by the author using qualitative methods. There are three activities undertaken to foster information literacy, among others: literacy classes with the theme of library rules, literacy classes with the theme of the search engines, and literacy classes with the theme of plagiarism. Supporting facilities given library namely; procurement book collection, iPad program, mentoring learning with the teachers, and educational games. The obstacles encountered Teacher Librarian in implementing information literacy development, namely; librarians do not yet have a scheduled teaching time, the lack of coordination between teacher and Teacher Librarian, and limited reference to the example of literacy development for elementary school students.
