This research is Research and Development (R&D) procedural models, which  is adapted from the development steps undertaken by Borg and Gall, and simplified  by Tim Puslitjaknov that was bounded on four main steps; 1) perform analysis  products developed. 2) develop initial product. 3) expert validation and revision. 4)  small-scale trials in participants and the final result. The instrument of data collection  on this research is validation sheet products, product quality assessment sheet for  matter experts, media experts, integration-interconnection experts, and IPA teachers  i.e. using a likert scale which is made in checklist form. The instrument for students is  questionnaire responses i.e. using a likert scale which is made in checklist form. Data  analysis techniques used in this research is using qualitative and quantitative data  analysis.  Results of research which is developed is work sheet students (LKPD) IPA  with approach integration-interconecction for students of SMP/MTs Class VIII.  The quality of LKPD IPA which is developed, according to matter experts, media  experts, integration-interconnection experts, and IPA teachers have a good quality  (B) with percentage 81%, 88%, 70% and 81,76%. Students response on smallscale  trials in participants getting agreed response (S) with percentage 95%.
