This is Quasi Experimental Design research with Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The variables in this research include independent variables in the form of Project Based Learning model based on integration-interconnection and dependent variables in the form of higher order thinking skills. The population in this research is grade X students in MAN Yogyakarta III academic year 2014/2015. The sampling is done by using simple random sampling technique. Students of MIA 3 are chosen as experimental class and students of MIA 4 are chosen as control class. In this research the data collection using test instrument that consists of a pretest and posttest. The data analysis used is parametric statistic using t test and non parametric statistic using Mann Whitney U test as well as normalized gain (N-gain) and effect size.
