%X Ibnul Qoyyim Islamic boarding school is one of the educational institutions in Yogyakarta, and has academic information system that can support the quality of the boarding school Ibnul Qoyyim. To improve the quality of academic information systems against internet users need for ease of usability factor analysis on the system.   This research was conducted to analyze the extent of usability factor to islamic boarding Ibnul Qoyyim Yogyakarta . This research was conducted with measurements Operability metric and Training metric.   Based on these studies show that analysis of usability factor in academic information system boarding Ibnul Qoyyim Yogyakarta by Mc Call's Quality Factors have the result that Operability metrics 70.51 % ± 11.42 % and metric Training 22 seconds ± 17.1 seconds.
