The assesment was focussed on correctness and usability factors.   Based on this research, we found that the value of completeness is 100%. Mean while, the usability value of UIN Sunan Kalijaga Human Resource Information System for operablity is 73,66 % ± 16,74 % and training is 45,98 ± 15,23556 seconds.
