These isolates were examined their ability against pathogenic fungi, C. capsici TCKr2 through in vivo test. The test was conducted using injection and blotter paper method. The injection method was applied to determine the incidence of the disease on peppers, whereas the blotter paper method was used on pepper seed. The results of injection method showed that the incidence of the disease which caused by KSMD3 and KSMD10 both were 30% (moderate). The incidence of the disease caused by KSMD3 and KSMD10 in blotter paper method showed 30% (moderate) and 38% (moderate), respectively. Application of mancozeb on pepper and pepper seed showed 70% (susceptible) and 40% (moderate). Meanwhile, the incidences of disease which caused by using aquadest were most highly susceptible 100% (injection method) and 76% (blotter paper method).
