However, since 1993 sengon attacked by gall rust diseases causing severe damage to all growth stages of the plant from seedlings in the nursery to mature trees in the field. This aims of this research were to identify the anatomical structure, chlorophyll content and tissue culture propagation of sengon putative tolerant of gall rust in seedling stage. 9 months old of sengon putative tolerant seedlings from 6 Wamena families used as plants material. The result of qualitative analysis of the rod indicates that there is dark substrate content in same samples either at upper, middle, and lower part. Quantitatively, the average value of tracheal cells mostly at the upper, middle, and lower ends are family of Pt 16.3.8 respectively by 29.3 cells, 20.3 cells, and 16 cells. The average yield of parenchyma apotracheal cells mostly at the upper part is family of Pt 19.3.6 by 12,6 cells, at the middle part is family of Pt 5.2.9 by 9,3 cells, and lower part is family of Ts 4.4.3 (control) by 7,6 cells. The average result of parenchyma apotracheal cells ajar at the upper, middle, and lower part is family of Pt 16.3.8 by each distance 87,85μm, 145,4 μm, and 167,78 μm. Based on the result of rod anatomy analysis, it is known that family of Pt 16.3.8 the upper part that has difference thing indicated as the good ekspaln rather than other families, whereas chlorophyll a as well as b doesn’t show the result significantly.
