The method e that used in this research is descriptive quantitative methode, a number of subject that is definite by using Yamane formula is 99 (ninety nine) respondents. The methode of collecting data that used in this research are observation, interview, questionnaire, and Documentation. The data are analysed by using mean and grand mean. The result from analiyzed data show that 11 indicators received a good points from respondent, they are for librarians are to be acquainted with library’s user, to be sociable in service, to know exactly what user want, to serve till finished, to should not forching their idea on user, to serve with cheerful face, to guaranted library’s user secret information, to have not a negative prejudice toward user, to give user a big thank And the indicators that received a negative responds is promotion of service product.Based on the data that have been analysed is shown that Library’s user perception toward Librarian behavior is categorized as “good” and it’s proven by the numbers of grand mean 2,98. And based on the interval in grand mean interpretation, a number 2,98 si categorized as good. The hopes from this research is that librarians can giving a better behavior in serving user. %Z Marwiyah,S.Ag.,SS.,M.Lis
