Source of\r\ndata obtained through words and actions, written sources and photographs. Data\r\ncollection techniques used in this study were interviews, observation, and\r\ndocumentation. Subjects in this study were students UII Yogyakarta. Informant\r\nselection technique used was purposive sampling technique. Mechanical validity\r\nof the data using triangulation techniques. Data were analyzed using an interactive\r\nmodel that consists of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and\r\nconclusion.\r\nThe results showed that in implementing the BlackBerry application based\r\nsocial networking media to be used as a media campaign among students UII\r\nYogyakarta, the students have noticed the basic practice of a destination\r\npromotion activities, it is the form, inform, persuade and remind.
