This personal selling activities will be done by company, especially marketing division of Tembi Rumah Budaya as conceptually museum that different than the other, of course has efforts that do by manager’s marketing of Tembi Rumah Budaya to more promotion about Tembi Rumah Budaya, so we can introduing the name and desription about Rumah Budaya Tembi to the public. The purpose has been research is to know the personal selling strategy in improve customer interest that done by Tembi Rumah Budaya. The type of this research is descriptive qualitative. Engineering data collection that used are interview with manager’s marketing of Tembi Rumah Budaya. Beside interview and doumentation, the data collected fro, observation activity. This research results are show the personal selling strategy that done by two from three stages theory that developed by Russel (on) Hermawan is looking for and grouping data of customer and analyze customers too. Tembi Rumah Budaya also prepared the other like make sure location will be on the go, prepared sales kit, schedule of activities and the target time also. The strategy of individual approach are do in five steps too, and as well as do stages of the impementation in strategy of personal selling that done by Tembi Rumah Budaya. %Z Rika Lusri Virga, M. A
