the function of humas seize all of communication technician. The Department
of DPRD DIY as an government institute also has humas institute which has
function as a bridge between government and public to deliver their
aspirations. Before do the function and external task, humas does their best
performance in the structure of organization in order that can realize the aim
which has been agreed together.
The communication technology has become the important part in daily
activities, and also can explain that human always do the interaction each
other. The human interaction each other show that every people need support
of the other people around them. In the humas DPRD DIY institute,
interpersonal communication often be done although they don’t understand
too much about the use and function itself. Interpersonal communication also
can be used to increase employee performance in humas DPRD DIY. On their
research, the researcher uses profound interview as the method to collect the
data which is needed.
