This research uses a quantitative survey methods with data collection techniques of observation, and questionnaires. Researchers discuss how much the influence of interpersonal communication institutions BATAN public relations, to the satisfaction of the organization (BATAN). The extent to which public relations BATAN institution's ability to conduct interpersonal communication with employees BATAN, both inside and outside the unit works. So as to provide satisfaction to its employees in obtaining information from institutions public relations. The influence of interpersonal communication can be viewed from two perspectives, humanistic perspective and a pragmatic perspective. So the extent to which public relations institutions can master and apply the second perspective, so as to give effectiveness to the satisfaction of the organization (BATAN). Where satisfaction employee satisfaction BATAN covers communication of the information available, and in the end the pattern of communication within the organization can run influencely. After doing research by researchers, it can be stated that the institutions are public relations BATAN effectiveness of interpersonal communication on communication satisfaction (organization).
