Biofarma is one of many companies that use social media to share its values. Biofarma make a social campaign named @infoimunisasi on Twitter. It's a health promotion media about vaccine and immunization. @infoimunisasi has grown very fast until now, June 2015 it has more than 83.700 followers. This research is about to measure the effective of health promotion media on Twitter @infoimunisasi with EPIC Model. Its has been for followers of @infoimunisasi by online. Its use random sampling and use quantitative research methodology. With closed questions by online media to collect datas. For the measure scale is using Likert scale. For validity test, its use calculate correlation value or use Correlation Product Moment technique and counting use software SPSS 22 for Windows. Compaaring corrected item and total correlaton with r table. For preset use 30 samples or n=30 so r table = 349 and the probability value = 0,10. After counting all date base proven to be reliabel. Reliability test its counting cronbach alpha. Total samples 100 and alpha value is 0,905 so its reliabel. And the result for effective of health media promotion @infoimunisasi on Twitter with EPIC Model grade effective with mark 3,78. %Z Yani Tri Wijayanti, M.Si
