The subjects were student at class X of MAN Wonokromo Bantul, with some 83 research subjects. The scale used is hardiness scale by Kobasa, et al theory (1982) and classroom climate scale by Creemers and Reezigt theory (1999). The data obtained were then analyzed using product moment correlation parson with value of rxy = 0,427; p = 0,000 (p < 0,05). The results indicate that this hypothesis can be accepted, that there is a positive correlation and significan between classroom climate with hardiness, which means the more positive the classroom climate have, the the higher the hardiness owned. The research showed that effective quantity give by classroom climate to hardiness of MAN Wonokromo Bantul student is 18,2 %, in R squared mark it with 0,182. In the other word, there are still any 81, 8 % of another factors to students hardiness, is influenced by other factors not included in this research.
