Problems in this research is aims to determine (1) the effect teacher performance on the quality of madrasah, (2) the effect madrasah culture on the quality of madrasah and (3) the effect of teacher performance and madrasah culture of the quality of madrasah in MTs Wahid Hasyim Yogyakarta. In the preparation of this thesis, authors use correlative quantitative research. The data used are primary data by distributing questionnaire to 50 teachers in the MTs Wahid Hasyim Yogyakarta. Techniques of analysis data using multiple linear regression with two variables and partial correlation by first doing the linearity test, normalitas test dan multikolinearitas test. Results of the study were processed using SPSS version 17.0 for Windows shows value of Adjusted R Square of 0.719; shows that the contribution of variables influence the performance of teachers, and culture of the quality of madrasah madrasah 71,9\% while the remaining 28,1\% is influenced by other variables not included in this model as the variable of leadership, motivation, infrastructure, systems, and educational experience. Partial assay results (Test F) showed that the results obtained for Ftabel 3.20 while the value of Fcount 63,826. Because Fcount{\ensuremath{>}} Ftabel (63,826{\ensuremath{>}} 3.20) it can be concluded that the performance of teachers and madrassa culture together affect the quality of madrasah in MTs Wahid Hasyim. Simultaneous test results (Test F) showed a significance value 0.000 {\ensuremath{<}}0.05 means that the performance of teachers and cultural madrassa significant effect simultaneously on the quality of madrasah in MTs Wahid Hasyim.} }
