%X Already a shared awareness that school education institutions is  holding a very important role in the strategic development of student  character. School can be a means of dissemination virtues (virtues)  that may not have been carried out during in the family and in the  community. Schools can play a role into the laboratory of the value. The  whole experience encountered during the child in school curriculum  is very effective in shaping their personalities. Moreover, the extent of  early childhood development and foundation are still at the stage of  concrete operations, they will learn a lot on what real they look. With  the imitative behavior, the role model of the teacher as an educator  is very absolutely necessary. So the task of a teacher is to be a model  example of how to act and be able to create value susasana conducive  classroom and school as a form of reinforcement (reinforcement) of  the development of good character in students  Key words: Teacher, Leadership, Characters
