Subjects in this study were smokers who were at airport yogyakarta. the sampling tecnique used in this study due to accidental sampling and its population is refine then the whole frmula to find the number of in his sample Ronny Kontour 2003 page 146. from the calculation formula is found the number of samples is 96 respondents. data methods collection used is the scale of video tron advertising and brand awareness scale. data analysis was performed to test for normality test, linearity test product moment correction test and simple linear regression test. the result showed that: 1. there is a significant reltionship between advertising GG Mild at videotron to brand awareness in smokers at Adisucipto Airport in Yogyakarta, coefisien corelasi of 0,281 with a significance value of 0,000 < 0,05. 2. the influence of advertising GG Mild through videotrontoward brand awareness in smokers at adisucipto Airport in Yogyakarta has effect that is strong the value of 0,530, or are the intervals of 0,5 - 0,75 are in the guildford table included in the interval strong relationship. %Z Drs.
