Si. abstract: Advertisement is the medium that has a persuasive impact very clearly for publics. Usually the advertisement is used to influence consumers to do what advertiser desire like "machine". Advertisement, AQUA version of "Selfi Bareng Sandhy Sandoro dan Narji", is the tool which is used by advertiser to keep the consumer loyalty and to get new consumers. This advertisement uses a common theme which is experienced by consumers like health and life style. Healthy concept specially is chosen to be the main theme because healthy is a balanced condition, in which the entire organ in our body systems work in harmony. Health is a state that is not merely the absence of disease but also covers all aspects of human life which includes the physical, emotional, social and spiritual. Advertisement communicates with signs and symbols and that advertisement uses illustrative filled with advertiser's interests and the problem statement in this research is “how did the health concept in the advertisement, AQUA version of " Selfi Bareng Sandhy Sandoro dan Narji " that is analyzed by semiotic, Roland Barthes?” This research is qualitative research with descriptive approach and uses the method of the semiotic analysis, Roland Barthes. This analysis uses two step significations which seen from the appear signs (manifest content) and hidden signs (latent content) as denotative and connotative using to get the meaning of the signs in advertisement, AQUA version of "Selfi Bareng Sandhy Sandoro dan Narji" and in this research choosing all scene being main analysis because having relevancy with the main theme of the research.
