To maintain production stability, it needs the regular maintenance of production machines and equipments. PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VII (Persero) Unit Usaha Sungai Niru is an oil palm cultivation company. The high production capacity of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VII (Persero) Unit Usaha Sungai Niru sometimes lead to the machines breakdown and are still not find the appropriate solutions of the current problem. The Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) is one of the methods used to determine the appropriate maintenance actions for each component of the machine at the gin station. The analysis has categorized the best preventive maintenance e.g. 23 components categorized as directed condition, 11 categorized as component failure and 5 components categorized as run to failure. Besides of quantitative data, the interview with the representative of the research object has highlighted some critical components e.g. bearing, universal joint, pen and coupling rod. With regard to the best replacement interval to minimize downtime, it has concluded for bearing component needs 122 hours with downtime of 0.005944116, universal joint needs 1067 hours with downtime of 0.00439881 hours, while pen needs 397 hours with downtime of 0.001719194 and shaft couplings need 642 hours with downtime of 0.000899. By doing these preventive actions, the overall downtime has been decreased to 2.3 hours. Keywords: Reliability Centered Maintenance, Total Minimum Downtime, Maintenance
