%X Let R be any ring with identity 1, be an endomorphism of R and be a left  -derivation. The skew polynomial ring over R in an indeterminate x, denoted by  , is the set of polynomials where  with multiplication rule for all  Multiplication rule shows that the skew polynomial ring is a  noncommutative ring although R is commutative. Investigation for R is a  commutative have been done by many researchers. In this paper, it will be constructed  a skew polynomial ring , where R is a noncommutative ring.
