Data collection by using Geolistric Dipole-Dipole configuration. These measurements were performed with 3 lines, with the space between the electrodes (a)10 meter, n = 8, along the 100 meter. The measurements data is analyzed by using two-dimensi Res2Dinv software for obtaining the true resistivity. Based on the result of the study, the subsurface structure area site of Payak has high value of resistivity (140 to 400 Ohm.m). This high resistivity value reaches (140 to 400 Ohm.m) seen in lenght lines area of Site Payak with depth of 6 to 15 meter.
