"The study, entitled \"Evaluation of Quality of Service Information Literacy\r\nat the Library of the University of Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta\" aims to\r\ndetermine how the quality of the information literacy services at the library of the\r\nUniversity of Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta. This study included a quantitative\r\ndescriptive research. The population in this study were students of\r\nMuhammadiyah University of Yogyakarta, which has been following the\r\nactivities of information literacy totaling 16,400. The sampling technique was\r\nperformed using accidental sampling method. The sample in this study amounted\r\nto 99 people. The instrument used to collect data in the form of a questionnaire.\r\nTest the validity of the instrument in this study using the product moment formula\r\nand instrument reliability test using Cronbach’s Alpha formula. The data is done\r\nusing SPSS version 16 for Windows. Analysis of data using arithmetic\r\ncalculations using formulas mean and grand mean.\r\nResults of the data analysis showed that the quality of library information\r\nliteracy services at the library of University of Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta\r\ncategorized as very high, as evidenced by the value of the grand mean of 3,326\r\nwith the average value of the highest of 3.375 of an indicator of reliability.\r\nMeanwhile, the lowest result that is 3.265 of indicators using the information for a\r\nparticular purpose. Therefore, it can be concluded that the limitations of time and\r\nspace causes the service pemustaka less steeped in and master method that has\r\nbeen submitted information literacy tutor information literacy services. So, to\r\nimprove service quality information literacy, library literacy services should\r\nprovide information counter inside the parent library building in order to service\r\nmore optimal in providing services, so pemustaka can more easily deepen method\r\nto support information literacy learning activities."^^ .
