The order of Chiroptera has two sub-orders, they are Megachiroptera and Microchiroptera. One species of the sub order Megachiroptera is Cynopterus titthaecheilus (C. titthaecheilus). The local (Indonesian) name of C. titthaecheilus is Codot Besar. C. titthaecheilus has some characteristics that are dark brown hair, there aren't tragus on ear and abundant population. They are found in Indonesia and there are still few facts on their anatomy, especially of the male reproductive organs. The aim of this study is to describe the anatomy and morphometry of the male reproductive organs of C. tittahecheilus. The macroscopic anatomy observation includes observing the shape, size, weight and volume of penis, testes, epididymis, vas defferens, prostate and seminal vesicles. While the microscopic anatomy observation was performed using Hematoxylin-eosin staining. The final conclusion is that the reproductive organs morphometry of penis has, length and diameter of 13.5±0.35 mm and 7±0.14 mm. Testes tend to be oval rounded. The weight and volume of the right testis is 0.32±0.19 mg and 0.25±0.07 ml. The weight and volume of the left testis is 0.3±0.18 mg and 0.25±0.07 ml. The diameter length and width is 7±0.14 mm and 5±0.14 mm. The diameter of epididymis is 0.11±0.01 mm. Morphometry of length and diameter of vas defferens is 19.5±0.21 mm and 0.96±0.03 mm. The male reproductive organ morphometry of C. titthaecheilus is larger in comparison to Eidolon helvum although the length and the weight of the body of C. titthaecheilus are smaller compared to Eidolon helvum , and there are many similar anatomy structures among them, and it is not much different structures from other small mammals like Mus musculus. %K Anatomi, Cynopterus titthaecheilus, Morfometri, Reproduksi jantan. %D 2015 %I UIN SUNAN KALIJAGA YOGYAKARTA %L digilib19413
