%A NIM. 11710058 ZAHRATIKA ZALAFI %O Retno Pandan Arum K, M.Si %T DINAMIKA PSIKOLOGIS PEREMPUAN YANG MENGALAMI PERSELINGKUHAN SUAMI %X The purpose of this research is to find out the psychological dynamics of divorced women in the aftermath of husband’s infidelity related to the effects and the factors that affect divorcement decision. This study uses qualitative method with fenomenology design. The data was collected with observation and in-depth interview method of two divorced women with infidelity cause. Result of this study shows that psychological dynamics experienced by women who divorce after husband's infidelity experience can be described by the theory of emotional roller coaster where fluctuation occurs after an affair, trying to survive in marriage and decide to divorce. Impact experienced after her husband's infidelity was shock, anger, loss of self-control, loss of confidence, loss of trust in the husband and blame themselves. Psychological effects experienced by triggering the decision-making of women victims of infidelity in the face of domestic conflict. Factors that influence infidelity victims to remain in the marriage after husband’s infidelity is children, personal factors which include still believes in her husband and religious considerations, and financial dependence factor. Considerations are then used as reinforcing the husband's infidelity victims always survive in marriage. But apparently the effort and confidence of women victims of infidelity abused so divorce is rated as the best way.
